The road is part of a regional project “Aménagement de la zone des trois frontières”. The Meyo Kye-Biyi Eba spur is a road linking the north of Gabon to the continental part of Equatorial Guinea. Its realization is included in the regional project envisaging the rehabilitation of the area. The study involved approximately 3 km in Cameroon since the connection with the main road Ambam-Ebebeyin is envisaged. AIC Progetti carried out the preliminary design, detailed design and preparation of tender documents. The study included detailed topographic surveys, geotechnical study, and hydraulic study including two solutions for the bituminous layer: bicouche and asphalt concrete.
