Access road to the Gargano promontory coasting two lakes, Lesina and Cagnano Varano, with difficulties of environmental impact solved by adopting an adequate plano-altimetric trend, using curves and clothoids. From a static point of view, structures (tunnels and viaducts) were particularly complex for strong carsick phenomena occurring in that area.
The project is characterized by different structures, among which the S. Francesco viaduct a Capuano Varano, and a tunnel of about 200 lm.
