Main scope of the study was to establish an upgrade program of the environment from previous studies and designs and, in particular, for the following systems: - waste material collection; - rainwater drainage; - used water reclamation; aiming at defining: - an acceptable service from the protection of public health and environment point of view; - a priority detailed investment program; - a detailed institutional organisation allowing to guarantee an effective management of sub sectors.
