Control and Supervision of maintenance works for a 640 km road and Training of the design staff.
The Technical Assistance included the staff management, works supervision for the road maintenance (640 km). AIC Progetti provided a Mission Manager, an Administrative expert, two Work Supervisors, two Mechanicians and one geotechnician.
Two OFNAR personnel teams have been organized and trained by AIC Progetti. 120 men composed the local personnel.
The total lateritic material used for foundation and base layer was: 579.554 m³, about 400.000 m³ of embankment, 2.600.000 ml of profiling, 275 ml of metal culverts, 411 m³ of bearing wall, 2.180 m³ of gabions.
Costs were subdivided as follows: material 36 %, local personnel 9 %, amortization 16 %, Technical assistance 30 %, General expenses 9 %.
