Search for water sources and utilisation of these ones; and design of catching water works and distribution networks. Elaboration of 5 Projects (one for each town)
- Hydrogeological and geophysical study for water resources search;
- Hydrological study for hydraulic situation evaluation;

- Detailed Engineering Design and Final Design;

Town of Gao (166.250 inhabitants)
- 4 wells of 1,80 m of diameter and 40 m in depth for a total discharge of 108 l/s ;
- 3 wells of 1,80 m of diameter and 470 m in depth for a total discharge of 79 l/s ;
- Outlet of untreated water ;
- Treatment plant and return pipes ;
- 1 semi-buried reservoir of 3.700 m3 ;
- 2 water towers of 500 m3
- 0,110 km of iron diversion aqueducts with diameter of 250 - 300 mm ;
- 47,5 km PVC distribution aqueducts with diameter of 80 – 175 mm
- 6,3 km iron distribution aqueducts with diameter of 200 – 400 mm

- Direct extraction in the Bani river in Beneny, discharge 117 l/s;
