Project description

The project concerns the control and supervision of the maintenance and management works, using the GENIS/OPRC method, on the Kisangani-Beni road between PK 21 and PK 693, over a period of 15 months.

The works are divided into two lots: Lot 1, from PK 21 to PK 340, and Lot 2, from PK 340 to PK 693.

In 2011 the road was the subject of a preliminary rehabilitation study, including the design for the reconstruction of the steel decks of 11 bridges; between 2012 and 2016 the initial rehabilitation works and the maintenance works on the earth roads were carried out.
