Descrizione Progetto

Preliminary and final design, 1^st lot, 3^rd and 4^th part (11,633 km). Works supervision, control and accounting for the 1^st lot – 3^rd part.

Two lots on the transversal connection between F.V. Biferno and F.V. Trigno. It crosses grounds made of sandstone and shaley marl with numerous bearing structures and viaducts.

This is a track complex enough geologically speaking: marl is extremely altered and there is an elevated degree of fracturing as far as the stony formation is concerned.

1^st lot – 3^rd part: Viaducts of: S. Rocco I (109.20 lm), Tre Confini (141 lm), S. Rocco II (73.50 lm), S. Maria (81.20 lm) and Defensa (36 lm) – prestressed reinforced concrete beams of 36 lm.

1^st lot – 4^th part:Viaducts of: Vigne (142.20 lm), Pelaciupo (106.30 lm), Merigo (106 lm), Formoso (322 lm), Castellano (177 lm - prestressed reinforced concrete beams of 35.20 lm). Bridge on the Trigno stream (476 lm – spans of 54 m – Foundations on piles, Æ 1200 / Æ 1500). Tunnels of: Pelaciupo (42 m), Castellana (105 m).
