Descrizione Progetto

The rehabilitation and maintenance works on the section between Kasomeno-Kambu of 642 km are included in the rehabilitation and maintenance of 1800 km of main roads, at construction and maintenance costs, in order to guarantee a service level consisting in whole year practicability with a mean speed of 40 km/hour for a vehicle pick up 4x2.

The works will be the object of a rehabilitation and maintenance contract through the GENIS (Gestion de l’Entretien par Niveau de Service) method over a period of 4 years.

Descrizione Servizi

The services provided by the Consultant are the following:

-           Control and supervision of development works to be carried out at the start of contract;

-           Interventions to carry out emergency work, if needed ;

-           Assistance in the completion of rehabilitation and emergency works during the warranty period ;

-            Control and supervision of firm performance and collaboration with the audit unit of the firm for operations under the GENIS contract ;

-           Support to the Administration during works execution ;

-           Training on site of personnel from the Ministry of Infrastructures.
