Rehabilitation of the Quitasol-El Poy road (47,6 km). Asphalted road in mountainous area. Rehabilitation of 1 metallic bridge (El Gramal 40 m), 3 concrete bridges (Jupula: 20.60 m; S. Ignacio: 20.60 m; La Palma: 40.90 m). Design review.
The Quitasol-El Poy section is the last part of the Carretera Troncal del Norte (CA-4) connecting the capital El Salvador to the Honduras border and being part of the Central American road network, linking the Pacific coast of El Salvador to the Atlantic coast of the Honduras Republic.
