SDAU (city planning for urban development) based on city developing strategies, reflecting preferences, aspirations, life style and purchasing power of involved areas, and projecting city needs over a 15/20-years forecast; Elaboration of development plans for precarious districts to be restructured according to the needs (approximately 100 hectares). Harbor and coastal areas development plan, including the rehabilitation and creation of a fishermen village.
